How To Go Live On X / Twitter

To go live on X (formerly known as Twitter), here's how you can proceed based on recent updates and functionalities:
For Mobile Users:
  1. Open the X App: Make sure you're logged into your account.
  2. Start a New Post: On iOS or Android, tap the "+" button at the bottom of your screen.
  3. Select to Go Live: Choose the "Go Live" option. You'll be prompted to allow access to your camera and microphone.
  4. Set Up Your Stream: Enter a title for your live session by tapping on "What’s Happening". Optionally, add your location by selecting "Add Location". Manage who can chat during your live session via the envelope icon. Options include: No One: No live chat. My Subscribers: Only those who subscribe can chat. Everyone: Open chat to all viewers.
  5. Start Broadcasting: Once everything is set, tap "Go Live" to begin your live stream.
  6. Ending the Live Stream: When you're ready to end your stream, tap the 'X' button in the top left and select "Stop Broadcast".
For Desktop Users:
To go live on X from a desktop, you need to use third-party streaming software due to X's restrictions on direct streaming from the desktop app:
  1. Choose a Streaming Service: Services like Restream or OBS Studio can be used. Here's an example using Restream: Create an Account: Use Restream or a similar service that supports X streaming. Connect Your X Account: This usually involves authorizing the streaming service to access your X account for streaming.
  2. Configure Your Stream: In the streaming software, set up your video and audio inputs. Customize your stream's appearance (like backgrounds, overlays).
  3. Start Streaming: Navigate to the streaming option in your software, select X, and press "Go Live".
Important Notes:
  • Premium Requirement: As of recent updates, you might need an X Premium subscription to use advanced streaming features or to stream directly from an encoder integrated with X.
  • Visibility: Your live stream will appear as a post on your profile and in your followers' timelines, searchable on X.
  • Account Settings: Ensure your account is public if you want a broad audience to access your stream. Protected accounts can't go live for non-followers.
  • Interactivity: Viewers can interact through comments or by sending "hearts" to show appreciation.
Remember, these steps might evolve with platform updates, so always check for the latest features or requirement changes directly from X's official guidelines or help center.

HOW TO BE RICH Podcast episode 1 - Andrew Tate

The sources consist of excerpts from a YouTube podcast featuring Andrew Tate, a controversial online personality. Great Strategy: RENT where you live, but RENT OUT what you own

The strategy of renting where you live while renting out what you own can be an effective financial technique for several reasons. This approach leverages the benefits of both renting and property ownership, allowing individuals to maximize their financial position. Let’s explore this concept in detail: 1. **Cash Flow Generation** **Income from Rentals:** By renting out a property you own, you can generate a steady stream of income. This rental income can cover the mortgage, property taxes, and maintenance costs, potentially providing a profit. This cash flow can be reinvested or used to pay down debt. **Affordability of Living Expenses:** Renting where you live can often be more affordable than owning a home, especially in high-demand urban areas. By doing this, you can allocate more of your budget toward investments or savings, rather than tying up capital in a property. 2. **Flexibility and Mobility** **Adaptable Living Situations:** Renting allows for greater flexib...
